STORY OF EXAMOD
Our Story
Examod started to be developed in 2021 with the capital support provided by TUBITAK, Turkey's most important science and technology organization. With the developer team led by co-founders Assoc. Prof. Ozan Karaca (Instructional Technologist) and Umut Yusuf Tontuş (Software Architect), Examod was developed in accordance with the scientific norms of measurement and evaluation in education and the new normal vision in post-pandemic education within 2 years and started its service in early 2023.
Examod is a constantly developing and growing product. In this context, it continues to grow with experts in their field. Turkey's young and successful academician in the fields of instructional technologies, accreditation and quality, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burçin Hamutoğlu is one of the consultants who advises Examod in scientific R&D processes and marketing.

Various exam types with different delivery options
Examod not only enables you to deliver secure online remote exams but also to deliver online exams onsite (in test centers or computer labs), or to produce paper-based test set booklets and deliver exams through optical readers where all assessment and analysis can be digitized. It also digitizes the entire process and results by allowing you to evaluate students from the Examod interface in oral exams, clinical skills exams, or performance exams that you do onsite or online.
Analytics, charts, reports and strong accreditation proofs
Examod allows you to associate questions and performance measures with learning objectives and customizable question attributes. In this way, it can perform very comprehensive analysis, produce charts with many qualitative meanings at a glance and present them as reports. In this way, candidate, question and exam performance can be tracked longitudinally as well as creating highly qualitative evidence for institutions seeking accreditation.
